NOVASOFT is a flexible company with an innovative internal culture. Our human resources policy was recognized with the securing of an Accesit within the II Prize for flexible companies in the Small- and medium-sized businesses in 2003. This study, named IFREI was carried out by IESE (University of Navarra) and was organized by CVA and Vodafone with the backing of the Ministry of Work. The theme of the study was based on policies of conciliation and balance between personal and professional lives.
A result of HR policy is the participation in the “Best company to work for in Spain” study, carried out by the Great Place to Work Institute in cooperation with the ESADE where we were considered one of the best companies to work in in Spain in 2009.
This acknowledgement joins the achievement of 2003 when Novasoft also entered in the list of the best companies.
The certainty of the focuses that are described in this study are backed up by the such positive results obtained in our staff´s satisfaction surveys, by low levels of staff turn-around and absenteeism, amongst other indicators.
