Softfood is an innovative gastronomic proposal by Novasoft Group, an area in the process of the company´s related diversification. In its restaurants, merges healthy feeding, made with ecological products and a strong commitment to Sustainability and with NGOs and Fair Trade cooperatives.
Novasoft has been immersed in this project; in part as a consequence of detecting daily basic needs of professionals who have little time to eat but don´t want to discard affordable healthy food which is close to their workplaces.
The menu is entirely based on the feeding pyramid, which ensures a complete and balanced diet. Softfood bets for quality, which is guaranteed by organic products which are being introduced into the menu whenever they are available as well as the best raw materials.
The Chef of Softfood, Axel Robles, is in charge of combining these elements to offer a few dishes that come from the Mediterranean Diet. In addition, Axel added to the menu his personal proposals such as desserts and cakes of Swedish origin.
Softfood appears with the objective of providing the customer experiences that engage them with their values. The brand wants a position as a global franchise of restoration through an intensive development of its communication on the Internet. This is the mission.
The projection of future or vision for the restaurant chain is to create a social network based on an innovative restoration concept, supported by the intensive use of technology, as a legacy of NOVASOFT Group, and strong social values. Softfood aspires to become an international reference.
Today, after the opening of the first restaurants, they intensively work on the national and international expansion of the chain.
