Since 1993 Novasoft main goal has been to establish a business model based on building up value and commitment with our groups of interest or "stakeholders".

We are convinced that our first responsibility is with the hundreds of people whose effort and hard work make us be proud of a great organisation as Novasoft.

We never forget our social support. We founded Novasoft Foundation in 2003 in the benefit of marginal sectors of the society, to support young entrepreneurs and to give donations to other Social Foundations.

We keep a close relationship with our clients building up trust, which is the essence of our success and the pillar of our current competitiveness.

We are clear that we need to combine the two words "compete" and "collaborate". In this sense, Novasoft has been a pioneer in Andalucia to undertaking Competitive Co-operation policies with other companies of the technology sector. It has Six Temporal Unions and several agreements and strategic alliances with competitors.

Novasoft has also established trust links with suppliers and creditors with whom we keep a close relationship, in the understanding that they should have the opportunity for available fair benefits through business transactions with our organisation.

Our commitment with the environment is evident and we understand that protecting our natural resources is not an option but a duty. This is shown in the measures included in our ISO 14000 certificate, a proof of our determination to protect and preserve the environment.

We understand that innovation is a mechanism that helps change at all levels and situations. Ideas arise from everywhere in the organisation, we choose the best solutions and offer the research teams the resources for an ongoing innovation that becomes a melting pot of new future competitive advantages.

For Novasoft communication is not a means but an aim in itself. Novanews gives the stakeholders plenty of information about initiatives and relevant events happening in Novasoft. Also, our Web portal is a means of linkage and presentation to the world. Promoting openness enable us to build a very rewarding close and one to one relationship with the media, as well as with the rest of groups of interest.

The Board of Directors has decided to introduce the listed companies good management code within the organisation, using measures and policies developed gradually but purposefully.

Stockholders hope to see benefits increase year by year. We understand that this is the best way to evaluate our progress. This is why one of the first duties of the Novasoft stockholder is to choose the correct agents so that we continue to be a strong company that transmits and generates value to the society.
