Consulting Quality and Customer Satisfaction for UNICAJA

Since the year of 2008, Novasoft performs maintenance of Quality Systems in the 28 addresses where they have been implemented, as well as the implementation of this system to 18 new addresses. A project that sets a benchmark in the industry for its impact and scope defined in the planned period.

The main objectives to develop are based on:

For the implementation of the Systems Quality Management, the Financial Institution will use the computer tool QNOVA of Novasoft, an application that streamlines and facilitates optimal deployment of these systems, facilitating further engagement and communication professionals involved in Systems Quality Management Entity.

Diagnosis and feasibility proposal for proper waste management in PYMES FEMETE

Provincial Federation of Metal Employers and New Technologies of Santa Cruz of Tenerife (FEMETE) trusts Novasoft to ensure proper waste management.

As the main objective, one can highlight the dynamism of the proper waste management for all those companies that have outstanding issues.

Other objectives:

Know firsthand the situation of waste management in the activities done both by managers and by the producers.
Propose a real and effective plan that can be implemented after approval by the sector.
Autonomous training and / or small businesses in carrying out measures to enhance the proper management of waste
Submit to 46 companies selected an Action Plan for improving waste management.
isseminate, through a Good Practice Guide on Waste Management for PYMES, for guidelines for proper waste management.

Actions:

Conduct a detailed study of the environmental regulations applicable to the sector.
Generate reports by sectors, which will include recommendations for improvement of practices of waste: Generation, storage, identification, delivery, etc.
Each of the 46 companies will report its situation and possible solutions for improvement.
Building a Training Plan for education and training for professionals.
Build procedures and protocols to be provided to businesses.
Execute the Training Plan designed above.
