The Novaschool educational programme is based on educational excellence in order to achieve a complete and high-level training for the students, adapted to each and every stage of teaching, from 0 to 18 year olds.
For this reason, we aim for the maximum use and development of students´ abilities, either in an intellectual, physical or artistic way, all of which is carefully and meticulously adapted to each stages by a group of professionals with special attention given to the development of early learning stages, as these are the basis for the development of a person.
Personalized attention is offered, favouring the development of students as well as tolerance, respect, effort and teamwork in order to create inviduals fully prepared to face up to different challenges in life.
The pillars of Novaschool are mainly:
- Innovation
In the Novaschool centres, innovation is understood as a maxim to be always at the forefront of educational methods and to be able to provide students with the highest level of education, developing alongside universities projects of R+D+i, of educational research and innovation.
- Bilingualism
Novaschool has as an objective to achieve a Spanish-English bilingualism guaranteeing an appropriate and advanced knowledge of languages which will allow students to face any situation where English is necessary. This language is taught from the age of 2 with its importance progressively increasing until reaching approximately 50% of teaching in Primary education and being maintained until Baccalaureate. German or French are added as third languages from the age of 11.
- New Technology
Novaschool centres are equipped with the latest computing technology in classrooms for the direct use of students and teachers, by which technology is not only used in education but also to enrich and improve teaching methods.
The early learning centres and schools have excellent technological resources in order to become a true ICT 2.0 school. In this way, it is hoped that a further step can be taken in relation to other teaching centres´ initiatives in which ´ICT or digital educational centres´ are talked about and which count on sufficient technological capacity but which teach in a traditional way with sporadic use of technology.
- Arts
Conscious of the relevance of the arts in the intellectual training and development of human beings, making them more creative, free, cultured, critical, sensitive, tolerant and respectful people, Novaschool centres puts into practice a revolutionary and innovative system for the artistic and creative development of children from 0 to 18 years old, in which all the arts (music, body language, dance and art) are integrated in the social-educational learning of students from the earliest age.
Music and the arts will form part of teaching in Novaschool centres and be introduced in the daily life of students as part of their intellectual basis.
- Sports
Psychomotricity, physical activity and sport are fundamental elements in the training and education of students. In this way, physical activity and sport are understood as individual or group pyschomotor games which boost comradeship and coexistence in accordance with respect from the earliest ages. This philosophy makes up one of the pillars of the centre´s educational methodology and counts on spaces specially reserved for their development.
The teaching staff of Novaschool centres directs their efforts every day on achieving the essence of education: learning to know, learning to do, learning to live and learning to be. Deepening knowledge, acquiring an adequate qualification and developing social values and personal responsibility so that students can enter higher education are the basis of Novaschool centres.
